Besides, slewing bearing is featured in compact in structure, convenient to guide and rotate,easy for installations and maintenance. Comprised of an inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements (balls or cylindrical rollers),the bearings effectively absorb and support axial and radial forces and the resulting tilting moments. The single row four point contact ball slewing rings is composed of two seat rings, which design in compact structure and light weight, steel ball contact with the circular raceway at four points; it can bear the axial force, radial force and the tilting moment at the same time. It can be used for slewing conveyer, welding manipulator, light & medium duty crane, excavator, and other construction machinery. The single row Crossed Roller Bearing is composed of two seat rings, which design in compact structure and light weight, the clearance is small when assembly, so need high precision. The roller is 1:1 cross arranged, it can bear the axial force, tilting moment and relatively large radial force. It is widely used for hoisting, transportation, construction machinery, and the military products.
Double Row Ball Slewing Bearing has two row rolling balls (with same size), which can bear big axial load, radial load and tilting moment. Safety factor is higher.It can used for different cranes, mining equipment, excavators etc.
The three row Roller Bearing has three seat rings, which separate the upper, lower and radial raceways, it made each row of the roller’s load capacity can be specified and can bear different loads simultaneously. The capacity load is the largest one compare with the other three models. Due to the large size in axial and radial dimension & the solid structure, it is especially suitable for the heavy duty machinery such as wheeled excavator, wheeled crane, ship crane, ladle turrets and the heavy duty mobile crane etc.
